A Yard With a Building on the End.

The 2.89-acre lot runs back west off Highway 73, and most of it is laydown yard: the building takes the highway end with its parking, a detention pond sits behind it to the south-east, and a second pond anchors the far west. One continuous slab wraps three sides of the building — the loading apron, the rear return and the court — and a single drive reaches the highway. Two existing utility servitudes run the north line.

Redrawn from C3.00 for reference, not a survey. The lot, its bearings and distances, the servitudes, the rights of way and the building's placement are dimensioned on the sheet; the detention ponds, the yard's working extent and the parking are drawn there without dimensions and are scaled. The loading apron, the rear return, the parking court and the drive to the highway are on none of it — C3.00 is preliminary — and are scaled off the property's aerial photograph against the building's known length. The building is drawn at the 188'-2 3/4" × 80'-3" its permit set chains rather than the rounded 187.5 × 80.1 this civil sheet places it by.
