Talon expands into the Baton Rouge–Geismar corridor, beginning the multi-building buildout of Talon Industrial Park. A nearby build-to-suit at 34472 Hwy 30 follows — a custom office/warehouse development that deepened Talon's reputation for delivering to tenant specifications.

Construction begins on the first warehouse at Copperhead Industrial Park, Talon's largest development to date. Planned at approximately 25 warehouses across multiple phases, Copperhead is on track for full buildout by the end of 2027.
