The First Development
Talon breaks ground on two industrial warehouses off Hwy 74 in St. Gabriel — the founding projects that established the model: purpose-built industrial facilities for the operators who power Louisiana's petrochemical economy.
The Geismar Campus Takes Shape
Talon expands into the Baton Rouge–Geismar corridor, beginning the multi-building buildout of Talon Industrial Park. A nearby build-to-suit at 34472 Hwy 30 follows — a custom office/warehouse development that deepened Talon's reputation for delivering to tenant specifications.
Copperhead Industrial Park
Construction begins on the first warehouse at Copperhead Industrial Park, Talon's largest development to date. Planned at approximately 25 warehouses across multiple phases, Copperhead is on track for full buildout by the end of 2027.
Geismar Laydown — IOS
Ahead of the market, Talon projects surging demand for industrial outdoor storage and delivers Geismar Laydown. The move proves prescient: IOS demand continues to grow and outdoor storage has become a core pillar of the Talon portfolio.

Talon expands its in-house team, adding dedicated property management and construction management capabilities. Tenants gain a single accountable partner — from lease execution through day-to-day operations and future build-out.

Ty Gose
With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Ty brings deep expertise in industrial sales and leasing, investment, and development across South Louisiana. He and his team have completed transactions totaling more than $1.5 billion in consideration, with a particular focus on supply gaps and market imbalances that create value for developers and tenants.

Michael Cashio
Michael brings 12+ years of commercial real estate experience with a focus on investment sales, land acquisition and disposition, and industrial sales and leasing across the Baton Rouge corridor. He and his team have completed more than $1.5 billion in transactions, leveraging real-time market intelligence to identify opportunities for developers, tenants, and investors.

Matthew Cashio
Matthew brings several years of tax and accounting experience from Postlethwaite & Netterville. As CFO, he oversees finance, accounting, and bookkeeping across Talon's family of companies. In addition to his financial responsibilities, he leads the firm's technology — building the internal software and AI agents that streamline workflows, reduce costs, and give the organization room to scale.

Allie Bernard
Allie has worked across the U.S. in versatile roles in organizational leadership — from time as a Continuous Improvement Specialist in a large hospital system to serving local non-profits with YoungLife as an Area Administrator. She has spent years refining complex workflows and managing multi-faceted teams.
With a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, she is passionate about building systems that allow both people and organizations to thrive.
Vicki Ellis
Vicki brings a wealth of leadership and operational experience to her role, including 18 years as an Executive Director and four years in real estate development. An Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM), she specializes in project management, contract compliance, and organizational workflows.
Christian Baynham
Christian combines technical analytical skills with a strong background in construction processes and budget tracking. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering, an MBA in Business Administration, and is an A.CRE Certified Underwriter.
