Talon Industrial develops and operates industrial real estate across South Louisiana's petrochemical corridor, with active projects in Ascension, Iberville, East Baton Rouge, and Lafayette parishes. Our portfolio spans Class A warehousing, Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) yards, multi-tenant industrial parks, and build-to-suit facilities, serving the contractors, logistics operators, and manufacturers that keep the corridor running.
The corridor sits at the intersection of national chemical demand and global export logistics. Within a short drive of our sites are Honeywell, NOVA, Methanex, Hexion, BASF, Westlake, Shell, Praxair, Koura, Syngenta, and dozens of smaller specialty chemical operators. Layered on top of that plant base is I-10, Highway 30, Class I rail, and direct Mississippi River barge and terminal access, which is why the corridor consistently ranks among the densest industrial real estate submarkets in the United States.
